These photos were taken on my last day in Leeds. There was something wrong with my camera in the light so I took some photos inside later on to make sure you could see the outfit properly. This is the romper that was too cute for me to pass up so Mel and I both have one. It has the cutest polka dots and hearts pattern on it and I love the collar on it too. On that day I went to the post office then for a farewell dinner in Wagamamas and one last night out in Leeds with my friends before getting up at 7AM the next morning. Didn't regret a second of it though as it was so good to spend time with some people I know I won't be seeing for an age.
I picked up this straw hat purely for photographs as it doesn't fit my head very well and it was a totally grey day but I wanted to get it in before I left as it had to stay in Leeds. My suitcase was packed to the brim because I just didn't know what to bring back, I didn't want to be thinking about the perfect item I left in Leeds but I'm sure that moment will come even if I fight it.
I partnered the romper with my turquoise cardigan because I love the colour with the navy and I try and dress summery even if it's grey outside. It always cheers me up! I belted the romper too with my vintage belt. Some belts are definitely on my shopping list for this summer as I have a couple that I rotate but I'd like some interesting ones with cool buckles and stuff.
I don't know if you can see but this romper also has heart shaped buttons! Since I've been home I've been catching up on sleep and exercise and watching movies. I'm currently in the middle of Bowling for Columbine but I thought I should update my blog as I plan to take some outfit photos later this afternoon and hate double posting on my blog. It's going to be my first try with my tripod at my house so fingers crossed it goes well.
This is my moustache badge but you can also see the print of the romper here. I have an obsession with moustaches and that night, we even went to a night called moustache. I love hunting etsy for cool things like this that just top off an outfit for me. I bought myself an early birthday necklace from there which hopefully I'll be debuting later.
I've also got some sewing plans for next week already. My aim for the summer is to learn to sew so that I can stop spending so much money in the high street and make my own skirts or dresses. Wish me luck!

I know exactly what you mean about not knowing what to pack. I aways pack far too much stuff, something for every occasion, and then end up only weaing about a quarter of it!
