Inspiration For The Week

I'm starting to write this just before midnight on Saturday so this will post in the early hours of Sunday morning. I'm hoping to post some outfit photos tomorrow to catch up for what I've missed since moving home. Apologies for lack of posting, my tripod and I don't get on very well and my photos are pretty lacklustre that I've managed to take. Plus, I've been in London today with my best friend doing some stuff and grabbing some bargains. I have a shopping addiction, someone help me! How do you use self restraint i.e. does anyone have any tips on how to not blow all my money on clothes? Onward with style inspiration.

This outfit reminds me of 'An Education' so much! I love the pastel blue of the dress, I'm definitely loving pastels this season and need to inject some more into my wardrobe.

This outfit is so lovely and girly. I used to be afraid of colour but this yellow and peach combination is calling to me. I love the idea of the ruffled collar over the top of the cardigan. Definitely an idea to look into.

A lovely blog that I really enjoy reading. Another UK girl and I just love this classic LBD outfit. I'm going to have to hitch a ride over to Primark to hunt for one of these cardigans too. I would definitely wear this.

I've picked this set of images from the lookbook.nu site because I love the collar the most on this dress. The combination of navy, red and brown blows my mind too. I need some red tights in my life to get experimenting with.

Although a more autumn outfit than my others I love this school girl-esque look. It helps that it's taken in one of my all time favourite places, Brick Lane. The pinned side fringe is also calling me here.

Love the mustard of the scarf and I'm sensing a trend of black lace up boots here. Maybe it's a sign! Just a lovely little layered ensemble. Very chic.
