My Ophelia

top: topshop
cardigan: vintage
jeans: UO
shoes: new look
necklace: asos

Dressing for lectures is becoming increasingly difficult. All I want to do is bundle up in as many wooly items as I own (which is a lot judging by my overflowing drawers) but then I have to sit in stuffy lecture theatres and melt. Striking the right balance is difficult. I was pretty cosy in this though, only my ankles felt the chill.

This is the bit of park on campus that we walk between the two building our lectures are in. There's a graveyard and a crypt and it's a bit creepy to be honest but it's nice to see some greenery every day between cramming my mind with information. A few deadlines have crept up on me and I need to keep on top of them. I'm meant to be working on my own screenplay as a side project anyway but it's taken a back seat recently.

I got this top to wear as my minnie mouse costume last year but it was definitely a lot longer than it is now. When I pulled it on, I was shocked as I could have sworn it was a tunic last time. My jeans saved the day though. This cardigan is super cosy and slouchy so perfect for how I was feeling on Monday morning when I got dressed.
Just a 'lol' photo that Mel made me pose for!
How are you all coping with dressing for the colder weather?

What a cute outfit! And I've never seen that crypt before, despite visiting Leeds often (used to have friends who lived "just off Hyde Park", but doesn't everyone when they're a student?)

I love this outfit, it's perfect for a day at school! I'm dealing with the cold weather by staying in my bed with my warm blankets! Haha, well, most days. And drinking lots of hot cocoa!

Dressing for lecture theatres was always the pits. Although I had the opposite problem - I'd always be dressed for warm weather, and then get inside and be freezing in the air conditioning! This is a cute outfit - loving the spots and the red cardi :)

You look adorable! I am loving all this red and b&w I am seeing today - I just randomly stumbled here from Maggie's blog and you guys look so similar in your outfit choices, do you know eachother? If not I think you're kindred spirits and need to meet :) http://life-size-paperdoll.blogspot.com/2010/11/cant-stop-missing-you.html
