Ellen Kooi

It's pouring with rain outside today so it looks like outfit photos aren't an option. I thought instead I'd do something I used to do a lot in summer, post about a photographer I really like. Due to working on my photography module I've been looking into photographers again which is something I really miss. My own project is inspired by Sam Taylor Wood but everyone has seen her photographs already so I thought I'd introduce Ellen Kooi instead. 

She's a photographer from the Netherlands and her work has a cinematic and surreal feel to it which is probably why I'm attracted to it. I found Ellen Kooi from a blog I follow, 500 photographers, which is a great place for inspiration.
