Prepare for a little bit of a photo overload. Mel got a little snap happy and it resulted in it being extremely hard to pick which ones to show you guys. I think it's clear that autumn is finally here though. Don't be fooled by that greenery I'm standing next to. The wind was bitingly cold and everyone was shivering as we walked around campus. I think it might be time to break out the double tights plus socks plus boots before I even think about stepping out of the house.
This dress has proved to be one of my favourite purchases. I've still got lots of outfits planned for it in my head so you'll have to put up with seeing a lot here on the blog. I always get compliments on this dress so I guess it's my go-to item for when I'm feeling a bit down. These boots are also becoming my autumn favourites.
I'm considering a blog hiatus. Some things have been happening in my personal life recently that have made putting myself out there on the internet the last thing I want to do. It's a hard decision though because I really love blogging and all the people I get to interact with through it but at the moment, I'm struggling. I don't want to get too personal on here because I know that's not what you come here for.
How do you cope with keeping up blogging when personal stuff bogs you down?

For me, blogging is kind of like a relief. It's something I can be creative with and it relaxes me. I'm so sorry to hear that things aren't going so well. But just remember that things always turn around, and I'm saying a little prayer for you.
When in doubt wear your pretty floral dress and know you have one awesome leather bag : )

I love writing on my blog whenever I feel bored or down. I dont necessarily like to write about being bored or sad though because I feel that reading certain things is contagious at some point. So I just try to keep it positive, it helps me too after I go back and re-read it =).
Oh you look so sweet! You are wearing a perfect modern 90's look, one of my faves! I tend to rant on my blog a little when personal stuff gets me down, having the support of those blogging friends is nice :)

About the blogging hiatus: If you need to take a break to cope with personal things, then by all means do it. Just know that you have a support system through the blogging community. Hope all is well honeybee.
It is flipping cold, innit? It's making me a bit miserable, to be honest. The thought of months and months of shivering is not appealing.
As for a hiatus - if you need a break, please take it! I'll still be here. It might reinvigorate your love of blogging.

it can be really hard to find the motivation to blog sometime. but i find that when i do, it makes me feel better. and i try to force myself to be positive when i write on my blog, even if i'm having a terrible day, something about making myself find the good things, even if they're little, is helpful.
although, i did take a break from blogging over the summer, and i came back even more motivated and passionate about it, so maybe a hiatus is just what you need!

I try to keep a lot of the "negative" stuff in life out of the blog, so that way the blog is always a happy fun thing for me to do - you know? I know sometimes it's tough, but when everything in life stinks for a day - it's amazing to know I have a blog with tons of friends to pull me through!

Well, for me it feels good to let thning out in my blog when things in my personal life is... a little down... thats why I write in the first place, coz I just find it so nice to be able to write out my thoughts weather or not someone is reading :P
