My photography assignment for over Christmas was to produce a photographic portfolio of five images so I dragged my friend to the lakes to model for some photos. I'm working on a set of levitation photographs and the fog made a nice backdrop so hopefully they'll turn out well. The ground was completely waterlogged and there were a few dangerous moments where I nearly slipped down a hill with my camera in hand. I walked away completely covered in mud after lugging a step ladder around.
I'm heading up to Leeds tomorrow for New Years. Luckily some friends are having house parties so I won't have to worry about going out because it's always an anti-climax. What are your new years plans?

I sadly have no NYE plans :( Well not yet anyway. House parties are always fun! I love your cute little outfit! The beanie is like the cherry on top! You are right, the backdrop really is eerie--perfect for levitation photographs! Can't wait to see them if you show them to us here on your blog :)

i too have no plans for NYE - i'll probably end up falling asleep on my boyfriend's couch around 11 PM haha. i totally agree that big "going out" plans are usually anticlimactic but sadly there are no good houses to go to this year :( shame. have a good one!
You look like a photographer! I don't know what a photographer looks like, but your outfit is giving off 'shhh, I'm taking pictures' vibes.
I was going to go to Preston for my boyfriend's friend's house party, but that's looking unlikely now. I don't care about New Year anyway, it just completely passes me by. I used to have a Chinese and stay in with another NYE-Scrooge friend every year, that was always nice.
